PRIVATE FITFLOWYOGA SESSIONS
Individual sessions are ideal for those seeking personalized attention and a more focused, intensive yoga practice.
We offer these sessions on weekdays or weekends, scheduled flexibly based on availability.
Each session includes meditation, asana, and breathing exercises, available in 2-hour, 1.5-hour, or 1-hour durations. The lessons follow the signature Fitflow style. If you wish to focus on specific areas, such as mastering inverted postures, the instructor will tailor the sessions to meet your goals.
