I discovered yoga in 2008 when I started attending yoga classes at the same gym where I was doing fitness training. Over time, yoga became my passion, profoundly impacting my body, mind, and spirit. Recognizing its transformative power, I decided to deepen my practice and explore spiritual work further.
I’ve had the privilege of participating in yoga trainings both domestically and internationally, continually expanding my knowledge and skills. My spiritual journey continues to evolve as I engage in diverse practices, including shamanic training and family constellation workshops.
My work encompasses Fit Flow Yoga Teacher Training, private and group sessions, mentorship programs, and yoga workshops. My yoga practices have been featured in publications such as Formsante, Pozitif, and Pegasus Airlinesmagazines.
The mission of Fit Flow Yoga is to create strong, dynamic vinyasa/flow sequences that resonate with everyone, aiming to showcase the healing power of yoga to as many people as possible. 🙏

Yoga literally means union/joining. We learn to be in harmony with ourselves and the universe by using asanas and other techniques. Each of us is a part of the universe. While remembering this, yoga helps us remember our bodies and be in harmony with the universe. While doing yoga, we also work on deeper patterns with breathing techniques and meditation practices. At the same time, the physical body, which stretches and strengthens, also affects our psychological health positively thanks to asanas. We recommend ongoing and planned activities in this section.
